These large shrimp are native to Washington and British Columbia where they’re considered an extremely sustainable seafood species by many fisheries. They are quite tender and very delicate. To cook them, all one needs is a quick boil in plain water. Serving suggestions include cocktail dipping sauce but it is not necessary due to how sweet and juicy they are.
